Ashley Ehrlich is a Research Landman for Live Oak. Under the direction of Brandon Meyers, Ashley is responsible for performing activities related to title research, due diligence, maintaining records, managing transaction logistics, and the day-to-day activity schedules for the land department. Ashley’s understanding of land practices and complex title issues make her a valuable asset to the Live Oak team.
Prior to joining Live Oak, Ashley spent time in Midland, TX working as a field Landman for an oil and gas brokerage firm. Following her time in Midland, Ashley spent several months as an in-house Landman in Austin, TX assisting the land and business development team for Luxe Energy, LLC complete various projects focused on assets in the Permian Basin. Most recently, Ashley worked as a Landman in the PLM Corporate Office in Fort Worth, TX where her responsibilities involved balancing several projects at once while managing teams to complete high profile title projects in the Permian, Eagle Ford, Bakken, Niobrara, and Appalachia Basins.
Ashley holds a Bachelors of Business Administration in Energy Commerce (Petroleum Land Management), from Texas Tech University, Rawls College of Business.
