James Fullen, CPA
James Fullen serves as Controller for Live Oak, with responsibilities for the accounting, tax, treasury, reporting, and regulatory activities of the firm.
Prior to joining Live Oak, James spent over 23 years in the Houston energy sector in various public accounting and industry positions. Notable roles include Controller of Shell Midstream Partners, LP, Controller of North South Oil, LLC and Audit Senior with KPMG.
James has extensive experience in accounting, financial reporting, internal controls and taxation for public and private energy companies. His experience includes accounting and reporting for private and public financing transactions including but not limited to credit facilities, IPOs, shelf-offerings and private placements.
James holds a Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Houston. James is a Certified Public Accountant.
