Andrew D. Keene
President and Chief Executive Officer
As President and Chief Executive Officer of Live Oak, Andrew’s responsibilities cover all activities of the firm. Andrew is principally focused day-to-day on acquisition evaluation, business and corporate development, strategy, and finance, as well as supervising accounting, tax, and legal matters.
Beau Clark, P.E.
Executive Vice President, Engineering
Beau Clark is the Executive Vice President of Engineering for Live Oak. He is focused on leading all of Live Oak’s technical efforts including acquisitions and divestitures, new prospect evaluation, and creating integrated data analytics tools that drive operational efficiency and accuracy of evaluations.
Jarrett Price
Vice President, Business Development
Jarrett Price is the Vice President of Business Development for Live Oak. In this role, Jarrett is responsible for generating new business by originating, negotiating and closing transactions. Jarrett is actively engaged in building relationships with landowners, competition, and industry.
Prior to joining Live Oak, Jarrett worked in corporate and investment banking for over 20 years. His primary focus was the domestic energy market, in which he supported upstream and midstream clients in leveraged finance, project finance, structured finance, and miscellaenous other transactions.
Will Wommack
Vice President, Finance
Will Wommack is Director of Finance for Live Oak. Will’s responsibilities include analyzing and presenting company financial data, underwriting and analyzing new investments, forecasting and modeling, benchmarking and variance analysis, preparation of reporting and investor relations materials, and using company and industry data to improve investment decisions.
Matthew Livesay
Data Engineer
Matthew Livesay is a Data Engineer for Live Oak. Matthew joined Live Oak in 2025 and is focused on developing data-driven tools and AI-enabled workflows that improve operational efficiency, enhance analysis, and support decision-making across the firm.
Matthew’s responsibilities include engineering and managing large datasets, building scalable data architecture, and applying artificial intelligence to streamline workflows and create actionable insights from complex information. His work supports Live Oak’s continued investment in technology, analytics, and process improvement.
Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Texas A&M University with a minor in Electrical Engineering.
Katy Franz
Office Manager
Katy Franz is Office Manager for Live Oak, where she oversees all day-to-day operational aspects and critical functions of the company and its subsidiaries. Katy is directly responsible for revenue and accounts payable accounting processes, division order management, marketing and event operations, and talent acquisition for the firm and its subsidiaries.
