As President and Chief Executive Officer of Live Oak, Andrew’s responsibilities cover all activities of the firm. Andrew is principally focused day-to-day on acquisition evaluation, business and corporate development, strategy, and finance, as well as supervising accounting, tax, and legal matters. 

Mark Hanna is Vice President of Land and General Counsel for Live Oak, its partnerships and subsidiaries. In this capacity, he manages land and legal matters concerning the entities’ oil and natural gas assets.

Beau Clark is Vice President of Engineering for Live Oak. He is focused on leading all of Live Oak’s technical efforts including acquisitions and divestitures, new prospect evaluation, and creating integrated data analytics tools that drive operational efficiency and accuracy of evaluations.

Kate Dodd is Director of Land & Counsel for Live Oak. She supports business development by performing title research, adding acquisition targets and monitoring industry activity.

Will Wommack is Director of Finance for Live Oak. Will’s responsibilities include analyzing and presenting company financial data, underwriting and analyzing new investments, forecasting and modeling, benchmarking and variance analysis, preparation of reporting and investor relations materials, and using company and industry data to improve investment decisions.

Jarrett Price is the Director of Business Development for Live Oak. In this role, Jarrett is responsible for generating new business by originating, negotiating and closing transactions. Jarrett is actively engaged in building relationships with landowners, competition, and industry.

Liam Sweeney is an Acquisition Specialist for Live Oak. In this role, Liam is responsible for generating new business by originating, negotiating and closing transactions. Liam is actively engaged in building relationships with landowners, competition, and industry.

Ashley Henderson is the Controller of Live Oak. Her responsibilities include all accounting, tax, treasury and financial reporting for the firm and its assets.

Katy Franz is Office Manager for Live Oak, where she oversees all day-to-day operational aspects and critical functions of the company and its subsidiaries. Katy is directly responsible for revenue and accounts payable accounting processes, division order management, marketing and event operations, and talent acquisition for the firm and its subsidiaries.
